- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This review is about the man with glasses. I normally give shops three chances but the service was so appalling that Ive never returned. He was rude and sarcastic, he served another customer before hed finished dealing with the request Id made of him and accused me of minor assault! If hes that hypersensitive then hes in the wrong job. If he thought that the service he gave me was reasonable then hes in the wrong job. If I had been carrying out one of my mystery shopping assessments on him, he would have attained a very low score and been recommended for customer service retraining.By Admin, July 04, 2020
