- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Being of a certain age i still like good customer service. On Thursday the 21 /. 05 15 i visited Heli - Beds in Cirencester and was greeted by a lovely young man. As i perused the beds he asked if i was looking for a complete bed or just a mattress, i explained i needed a new mattress. He politely asked if i had any back problems as he said he had noticed it was somewhat awkward for me to lay on the bed, i told him i have continuous back pain due to an accident some years ago and he suggested a mattress with springs and a layer of latex on top. There was no pressure as he just said he wanted me to be comfortable. He asked if i had a budget in mind. He suggested i lay on the mattresses for as long as i wanted to get the feel of them. After about thirty minutes there was one very happy customer. I dont like buying on the internet as you cant try things out and if its wrong its awkward returning things.
